Gerrard Street Kitchen in Washington D.C. is a globally inspired shareable culinary experience that features tantalizing ingredients, bold flavors, and authentic dishes from around the world. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, GSK’s dining room hums with energy from the guests who are drawn in by the menu of flavorful, ingredient-driven plates, fresh seafood, and fire-grilled meats and vegetables.

Meet Chef Jaime Velasquez
Chef Jaime Velasquez has worked in the field of culinary arts for over 35 years. In 1997 he apprenticed under renowned Chef Alain Ducasse, working in Paris at the Alain Ducasse restaurant. Upon his return to the U.S., Chef Jamie honed his skills under the tutelage of the venerable Michael Richard as executive Chef at the storied Citronelle in Georgetown.
He will marry the precision of his classical French training with the bold and various flavors of Southeast Asian street food. Under his leadership, he will bring the vision of Gerrard Street Kitchen to life at The Darcy.
